Twilight Pick of the Week- Does winter have your skin singing the blues?

If winter's got your skin and hair singing the blues...I have a remedy for you- TWO WORDS- OLIVE OIL....yes, that's of the worlds riches oils can be used for many things in addition to cooking! It can be used to soften and moisturize your hair, sooth dry skin and so much more!

Here is a quick and easy recipe for a deep conditioning hair soak.
Take a half cup of Olive oil and drizzle over your hair, make sure to coat the ends where it can be the driest. Cover your hair with a shower cap (so the oil does not run onto your clothes) and leave on for 20-30 minutes and then rinse with your favorite shampoo and conditioner.

For Extra dry skin, try my new Cinnamon Sugar Scrub. Infused with olive oil, jojoba oil, cinnamon, cloves, and so much more to exfoliate your dry skin and leave it super soft in the harsh winter conditions!
